Once you hold a property with us, as a prospective tenant you must be thoroughly vetted, this includes checks on:
- Your income details
- Employment
- Current or previous tenancies, and
- Credit checks
If you are self-employed you must provide:
- Accountant details, or
- Bank statements for at least a period of 6 months (if you do not have an accountant)
These checks are carried out as a formality, and all adults whom are residing in a rented property must be referenced and named on the tenancy agreement.
