Draw up a suitable tenancy agreement, take and hold their deposit in a Clients Account. Collect your rent and carry out regular inspections.
If any problems do occur with regards to maintenance etc we on your approval, will promptly send in the relevant professional contractor to resolve it. We recommended this service for trouble free letting.
TO LET & RENT COLLECTION SERVICES
This service is designed to avoid those difficult conversations surrounding money. “To Let and Rent Collection” services gives you peace of mind of collecting your rent.
TO LET ONLY SERVICES
This service is aimed for those landlords who enjoy an active role in their property. With this instruction ABBEY LETTS will market a property and use our professional vetting service to find tenants of good character. We will then arrange for the tenant to sign the Tenancy Agreement and pay the relevant deposit and rent.
INSPECTION ONLY
We offer this service in general to clients who don’t necessarily wish to let their property but are leaving it empty for a period of time and would like someone to regularly check on it.
